At CelpipCert, we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing high-quality exam support services. Due to the nature of our digital and personalized services, refunds are assessed individually based on the type of service provided.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
You were charged but did not receive the service
The service delivered does not match what was agreed upon
You contact us within 7 days of service delivery with a valid reason
⚠️ Services that have already been successfully completed (e.g., score upgrade, certificate processing, or registration submission) are not refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once initiated or delivered:
Score upgrade requests that have been successfully processed
Certificate facilitation services already completed
Past exam question packages after download or access
Registration services once submitted on your behalf
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:

Our team will investigate your request
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
