Refund & Support Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

At CelpipCert, we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing high-quality exam support services. Due to the nature of our digital and personalized services, refunds are assessed individually based on the type of service provided.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You were charged but did not receive the service

  • The service delivered does not match what was agreed upon

  • You contact us within 7 days of service delivery with a valid reason

⚠️ Services that have already been successfully completed (e.g., score upgrade, certificate processing, or registration submission) are not refundable.


2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once initiated or delivered:

  • Score upgrade requests that have been successfully processed

  • Certificate facilitation services already completed

  • Past exam question packages after download or access

  • Registration services once submitted on your behalf


3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@celpipcert.com with your order number and reason

  2. Our team will investigate your request

  3. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

CelpipCert offers ongoing support through the following channels:

Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+1). We strive to respond to all messages within 24 hours.


5. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Support Policy as needed. Any updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
